Development for agencies
The work your agency can't do in-house, or has no time for: the logic behind your designs, whole systems for your clients, and the upkeep afterwards. Credited or white-label, as you prefer.
What agencies bring me
- Logic behind the design: you deliver the look, I build what makes it work.
- Whole systems for clients who run their business on them, such as subscriptions: from the logic to the design implementation, and the maintenance afterwards.
- Any of my four services for your clients: care plans, modernization, audits and custom development.
How it runs
- I never contact your client, unless you ask me to. That, an NDA and invoicing your agency are standard, at no extra cost.
- We work in your Slack or mine. Code lives in a GitHub repository; if your agency has none yet, I set one up.
- I can start right away and run several agency projects in parallel.
- A fixed quote before any work starts, as with every project.
Credit
- Before I show any work in my portfolio, I ask you. Trade secrets stay out of it. So far no agency has said no.
- If you want it white-label, it is: no credit, no portfolio mention, your name on everything. That costs 20% on top, because the work can never become one of my case studies.
Questions
How does white-label work?
It's agreed in writing and costs 20% on top of the project price, because the work can never appear in my portfolio. It applies to what I ship: code, plugins, themes and sites. Care plans have nothing to rebrand, so they don't carry it. Notices that a license requires stay in the code; everything else carries your name. The white-label policy has the details.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Tukutoi LLC signs NDAs and other legal agreements.
How do you charge agencies?
A fixed quote per project, or a monthly care plan per site, as for everyone. Agencies with a framework agreement get partner prices. White-label adds 20% to work I ship.
