How it runs
- A written scope first, measured against as the work goes, so changes are visible and agreed.
- Built on a staging copy, with coding standards, static analysis and tests on every change.
- Hand-written or AI-assisted, as you choose under the build policy. I answer for the result either way.

- Integrations with other systems, such as accounting, inventory, CRM or payment providers.
- User roles and permissions.
- Moving years of content, users and orders over from an old system.
- Each extra language.
If you want AI features
- LLM features built with prompt-injection defenses, data isolation, cost limits and tests.
- Provider-agnostic or self-hosted, so you are not tied to one vendor's prices or policies.

Questions
How long does a project take?
From a month to open-ended, for platforms that keep growing.
Who owns the code?
WordPress code is under the GPL, so nobody can lock it up anyway. For everything else, the IP and white-label policy sets out what is yours and what stays mine.
How is payment split?
New clients pay 50% upfront and the rest on final acceptance. Larger projects are billed per quarter or per year, depending on the amount.
Do you design too?
No. I'm a backend developer: I build from your designer's files, as I did from Figma designs for Peak Prosperity. The prices are for development only. If you don't have a designer yet, I can recommend one.
WordPress or something else?
It depends on the project. WordPress for websites that must be easy to edit and maintain and don't fall under strict rules like HIPAA. ASP.NET/C# where data handling and compliance matter and the project needs an ecosystem with a proven security record.
Who hosts it?
I offer hosting in Sweden, or you bring your own. Either way I'll recommend something, and yes, I'll recommend mine.
